Drop Shipments
Need your parts and Detail Products shipped directly from our factory to your home or business? Just have your dealer request
it and supply us with your complete, correct shipping address (no post office boxes), and your phone number, at the time they
place your order with us and your RealTruck Roadworks parts and Detail Products will arrive at your doorstep saving you a
return trip to your dealer.
PLEASE NOTE: RealTruck RoadWorks drop ships to the 50 United States and U.S. territories. Free freight for any shipment only
applies to the lower contiguious 48 States. LTL Drop shipments are not eligible for Free Freight.
Pre-Paid Freight
Standard RealTruck RoadWorks orders ( including recently released Stainless Steel Shifters ) of $2,000 or above qualify for
Pre-Paid Freight, meaning that RealTruck RoadWorks will cover the cost of shipping. Standalone orders of 6 Chrome Bumpers
or more qualify for Pre-Paid Freight. STAINLESS STEEL ORDERS CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH CHROME BUMPER
ORDERS FOR PRE-PAID FREIGHT.
PLEASE NOTE: RealTruck RoadWorks ships to the 50 United States and U.S. territories. Pre-Paid freight for any shipment
only applies to the lower contiguous 48 States. LTL Drop shipments are not eligible for Pre-Paid Freight. Exhaust Kits and
Components dollar total do not contribute to the $2,000 total when shipped with other products in the RealTruck RoadWorks
lineup. Items in the RealTruck RoadWorks “First 48” program do not qualify for Pre-Paid Freight.
Custom Orders
RealTruck RoadWorks will fabricate items not found in our regular product line as long as the items are within the capabilities of
our tooling and equipment. Custom orders may require a one-time setup fee in addition to the per item cost.
All specifications for custom orders are assumed to be correct. All custom orders will be delivered and billed through the dealer.
Allow 4-6 weeks after full specification is provided and agreed upon for delivery of custom orders. Custom orders are not
eligible for, and do not count towards free freight. All custom orders have part numbers beginning with “S”, are not returnable,
and are subject to warranty exclusion.
